Space invaders probably the first arcade game I was aware of i remember playing it on a commodore pet at a school bazaar.I have this theory that Space invaders is the foundation and base of all arcade games and they are just a derivative from space invaders.You have to hit something and you have to avoid something.Take any game and it basically comes down to that.This also came out for the zx 81 but somehow I wasn't aware of it at the time.I have a friend who bought a 16k spectrum early on which he regretted quite soon and he had the rival to this game called invaders if my memory serves me correctly it was around 40 years ago.Anyway good video Space invaders will always evoke a magic for me.
